We answer emails in the order they arrive, usually within one business day. Messages that come in over the weekend are answered on Monday.

Our shelves carry more than what is listed online, and our staff can walk you through options in person. If you are local, come see us.

 

Order Questions

For any questions about an existing order, include your order number when you contact us. That lets us pull up your order right away instead of going back and forth.

 

Where is my order? 

You will receive tracking by email once your order ships. If it has been more than 2 business days and you have not received it, check your spam folder, then contact us.

 

I want to return something.

See our Return Policy for what qualifies and how to start. Contact us before shipping anything back so we can make sure it gets to the right place.

 

Something arrived damaged or wrong.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and the packaging. We will make it right.
