Shipping Policy 

We ship from our store in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Here is what to expect when you order from us.

Order Processing

Most orders placed before 11:00 am Eastern ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 am ship the next business day. Orders placed after 11:00 am on Friday, or any time over the weekend, ship on Monday.

We do not ship on major holidays. During periods of high volume, such as around holidays or major promotions, processing may take an extra day. We will let you know if there is a delay on your order.

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35 shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Orders under that amount are charged shipping at checkout, calculated based on your address and the weight of your order.

You will see your exact shipping cost before you pay. Nothing is added after checkout.

Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 US states from our store in Chattanooga, Tennessee. We do not currently ship internationally. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are charged shipping at checkout regardless of order total, and may take longer to arrive.

Carriers and Delivery Times

We ship using USPS and UPS. Once your order leaves our store, delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days depending on your location. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas may take longer.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Once a package is with the carrier, transit time is outside our control.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. If you have not received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then contact us.

Temperature Sensitive Products

Some products we carry, including certain probiotics and refrigerated items, are sensitive to heat. We take reasonable care in packing these, but we cannot guarantee product condition when extreme temperatures occur in transit or when a package sits outside after delivery.

If you are ordering a temperature sensitive product during summer months, we recommend shipping to an address where the package can be brought inside promptly. If a temperature sensitive item arrives in poor condition, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

Local Pickup

You can choose in store pickup at checkout and collect your order at 6201 Lee Hwy, Chattanooga, TN 37421. We will email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.

Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once you cover the additional shipping cost.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you do not have it, please check with household members and neighbors, and look around your delivery area first. Carriers occasionally mark packages delivered a day early.

If it still has not turned up after 48 hours, contact us at info@nutritionw.com and we will help you file a claim with the carrier. We handle these case by case and we want you to end up with your product.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging. See our Return Policy for how we handle replacements and refunds.
