Returns and Refunds

Unopened Products

• May be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Product must be in resalable condition.
• Original receipt or proof of purchase required.

Opened Products

• May be returned within 30 days if the product did not meet expectations.
• Refunds for opened products are limited to one return per product, per customer, within a 12-month period.
• Products that are substantially consumed (for example, more than 50% used) may not qualify for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping charges when appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Charges
