Returns and Refunds
Unopened Products
- May be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Product must be in resalable condition.
- Original receipt or proof of purchase required.
Opened Products
- May be returned within 30 days if the product did not meet expectations.
- Refunds for opened products are limited to one return per product, per customer, within a 12-month period.
- Products that are substantially consumed (for example, more than 50% used) may not qualify for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping charges when appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance or closeout merchandise.
- Expired products due to customer storage.
- Gift cards.
- Products intentionally damaged or altered.
- Special-order items.
Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the error was ours.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.
Abuse Prevention
Nutrition World reserves the right to limit or refuse returns when there is evidence of excessive return activity, misuse of the policy, fraudulent behavior, or repeated returns of similar products.
